Responsibilities:

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for a wide range of finance and accounting activities.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Independently handle full set accounts, including reconciliations, prepayments, and accruals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards, and statutory/tax requirements.
  • Maintain the integrity of accounting information through accurate recording and verification.
  • Manage accounts receivable, debtors aging, and collection followup.
  • Handle accounts payable, creditors aging, and timely payments.
  • Capable of completing/finalizing management accounts for audits.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor cash flow matters.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations.
  • Maintain the fixed assets listing.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
  • Handle finance administration tasks, including proper document filing.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Excellent Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage.
  • Immediate availability preferred.

Salary:
RM4, RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
