JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include:

A. Office Building

  • Assist in checking the conditions of all plazas.
  • Assist in handling monthly Pest Control.
  • Register all meeting to be held at Conference Room in Meeting Record Book and to ensure the meeting door is always locked after being used.

B

Assets:
(Furniture & Fitting Office Equipment Computer and Printer)


  • Record and update assets in the company asset book.
  • Assist inventory verification once in every six months
  • Assist in checking on the conditions of the assets for disposal or write-off.

C. Storage (Stationery's Inventory)

  • Record and update all stationeries in Stationery Inventory Book,
  • Ensure all stationeries are in order and well kept,
  • Organize stationery store from time to time,
  • Assist on Stock verification every six months.

D. Company Vehicles

  • Assist in checking company vehicles due for servicing.

E. Filing

  • Register and file all documents under related series
  • Circulate documents from time to time.

F.
Others

  • Other tasks assigned

Salary:
From RM1,700.00 per month
