**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** include:
**A. Office Building**
1. Assist in checking the conditions of all plazas.
2. Assist in handling monthly Pest Control.
3. Register all meeting to be held at Conference Room in Meeting Record Book and to ensure the meeting door is always locked after being used.
**B. Assets: (Furniture & Fitting Office Equipment Computer and Printer)**
1. Record and update assets in the company asset book.
2. Assist inventory verification once in every six months
3. Assist in checking on the conditions of the assets for disposal or write-off.
**C. Storage (Stationery’s Inventory)**
1. Record and update all stationeries in Stationery Inventory Book,
2. Ensure all stationeries are in order and well kept,
3. Organize stationery store from time to time,
4. Assist on Stock verification every six months.
**D. Company Vehicles**
1. Assist in checking company vehicles due for servicing.
**E. Filing**
1. Register and file all documents under related series
2. Circulate documents from time to time.
**F.** **Others**
1. Other tasks assigned
**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month
