Business Development Executive

- Identify potential new customers to achieve/exceed revenue goals
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Organise customer visit and negotiate contracts and packages
- Develop quotation and proposal to customers in a timely manner
- Create regular reviews and report with sales and financial data
- Compile feedback from existing and prospect customers and share with the Management
- To harmonise and work closely with internal teams to achieve overall customer satisfaction
- Update/record all business development with monthly sales report.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience related to logistics, ecommerce, 3PL supply chain (or similar industry). Strong industry knowledge, market trend and logistics requirements
- Proven ability to meet, if not exceed, sales targets
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must have proactive approach to meet customers' needs
- Must have exceptional customer service skill
- Excellent communicator with the ability to interact and deal with different people of diverse cultures
- Willing to travel to meet customers
Salary:
RM3, RM3,800.00 per month
