Package is RM2000 + RM250 WFH allowance.

5 days work. Monday till Wednesday work at Amcorp Mall office. Thursday till Friday WFH.

Working Hour is 8 hours starting from 7am to 4pm

No gender or age requirement. Must have good English language command. We will need to interview/test English command

No OT.

Position Responsibilities

  • The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the timely and accurate entering data and monitoring freight deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately entering and processing information through Salesforce, our internal CRM
  • Basic data entry and monitoring skills
  • Proactively monitor freight movements
  • Entering clear and concise case comments in the CRM
  • Track freight using various carrier websites
  • Forward freight issues or escalations for investigation to the Customer Service Specialists or Management to proactively resolve freight issues

Experience

Industry and Function

  • Entry level role or up to 1 year freight industry experience in a Data Entry Role
  • Passion for the Customer

  • SPM
  • Good Command of English
