Supervise building operations, renovations, and maintenance to create a safe and efficient environment.

  • Conduct scheduled Preventive Maintenance, Repairs, and Condition-Based Monitoring and not limited to electrical systems but also to mechanical and buildings.
  • Fulfill Chargeman duties, managing electrical systems by conducting inspections and troubleshooting for optimal functionality.
  • Perform data collection, maintain meter readings, and manage budgeting and expenditure.
  • Assist in inspections and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance with DOSH, ST, TNB, Air Selangor, SIRIM, FM Global, BOMBA, and any government related agencies.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, obtain quotes, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide formal supervision to individual employees within a specific functional or operational area.
  • Manage the helpdesk, coordinate facility bookings and events, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Possess BO Chargeman 11kV certification.
  • Technical education with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge in facilities and building management.
  • Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • This role is NOT required to work irregular hours except when there are emergencies.
  • Must be willing to work at
    Sierramas, Sungai Buloh.
