Role Overview:

As an Associate Technician, you will embark on a comprehensive training program within our production/process department

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in training sessions focused on operating our production machines.
  • Gaining handson experience across various production stages and processes on the production floor.
  • Acquiring practical proficiency in the use of our machinery and mechanical tools.
  • Ensuring production output meets projected volume and adheres to timelines.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment on the production floor.
To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a diploma in Engineering, Chemical, Polymer, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related discipline with a CGPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Be based in Bandar Baru Bangi, Seksyen 10, Selangor, for work.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning, and a proactive attitude.
  • Be open to working in shifts (7 am 7 pm or 7 pm 7 am).
  • Demonstrate good discipline and professionalism.
  • Display effective communication skills and a competent understanding of the English language.
