Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to Manager, Data Infrastructure and assist to ensure data integrity, timely preparation and submission of weekly / monthly reports or any ad hoc requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures to support data processing and analysis needs.
  • Assist to monitor and analyze the metrics to identify areas for improvements and track progress towards commercial goals.
  • Lead in the design and development of exception reports to flag underperformance or identify growth opportunities in the spirit of business continuous improvement.
  • Establish meaningful insights through competition intel and field's feedback that could allow organization to have right information to make an informed business action plan.
  • Foster collaboration and communication with departments such as Commercial Planning, Business Planning, Portfolio and Field Sales to drive collective business impact.
  • Key liaison to our 3rd party research agency and work closely with the agency to improve the quality the deliverables from time to time.

Essential Skills and competencies:

  • At least 13 years prior experience working in data management roles such as sales information, data analytics, business/commercial planning.
  • A proactive team member that has the ability to lead the scope, consulting stakeholders, prioritizing workload in a dynamic environment while driving impactful business outcome.
  • A solid "Forward Looking" persona that always curious and continue to seek for input/ideas from diverse sources in search of solutions to problems.
  • Attention to detail and high level of curiosity when it comes to interpreting data and presenting hard facts
