Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fiber Installation Specialist to join our team. As a Fiber Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and completing full-fledged home-fiber installations, solving customer problems, and identifying sales opportunities to upsell products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Installation and Maintenance: Manage and complete full-fledged home-fiber installations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  2. Customer Service: Solve customer problems by offering product solutions and providing exceptional customer experience.
  3. Sales and Upselling: Identify sales opportunities and upsell products to customers, meeting performance KPIs and sales values.
  4. Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate complex and multi-party service delivery beyond fiber, including WiFi solutioning and Smart Home services.

Requirements

  1. Education: Diploma or degree holder in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: Prior sales background preferred, with solid sales experience considered.
  3. Skills: Must be willing to work outdoors, own transport required, and fluent in English.
