You will be responsible for:

Develop detailed hardscape and softscape working, submission, tender, and construction drawings.
Ensure drawings accurately reflect project requirements and adhere to industry standards
Create precise technical drawings by closely following specifications and calculations.
Maintain a high level of accuracy to guarantee the quality of drawings.
Stay wellversed and knowledgeable on local authority guidelines related to landscape design and construction.
Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of drawings, specifications, materials, and relevant documentation.
Organize and catalogue information to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
Work closely with project management to ensure drawings are delivered on time and meet project schedules.
Prepare and print drawings, compilations, and other necessary documentation.

To be successful for the role:

Certificate or Diploma in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
35 years of working experience with a landscape consulting firm or property developer.
