Draughtsman (Landscape)

**You will be responsible for**:

- Develop detailed hardscape and softscape working, submission, tender, and construction drawings.
- Ensure drawings accurately reflect project requirements and adhere to industry standards
- Create precise technical drawings by closely following specifications and calculations.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy to guarantee the quality of drawings.
- Stay well-versed and knowledgeable on local authority guidelines related to landscape design and construction.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of drawings, specifications, materials, and relevant documentation.
- Organize and catalogue information to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
- Work closely with project management to ensure drawings are delivered on time and meet project schedules.
- Prepare and print drawings, compilations, and other necessary documentation.

**To be successful for the role**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of working experience with a landscape consulting firm or property developer.

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
