Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This position is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to kick-start their career in administration. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to various departments within the company, ensuring efficient operation and smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Input data accurately into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
  • Assist in the creation and updating of documents, reports, and presentations.

Support to Management:

  • Assist managers with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Conduct research and compile information as requested.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role (internships or parttime positions) is a plus but not required.
