We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to optimizing patient care and medication management within our practice.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and provide expert advice on medication therapy management.
  • Educate patients on the proper use of their medications and potential side effects.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and make recommendations for therapy adjustments.
  • Assist in the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Provide drug information and training to clinical staff.
  • Taking care of the medication inventory in the clinic
  • Maintain records required by governing regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy and above
  • Registered with Pharmacy Board Malaysia
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in a primary care setting preferred.
  • Experience in Retail Pharmacy are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, teambased environment.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
