Customer Due Diligence Specialist (Fintech) - Mandarin Speaker

Salary:
upto MYR 6,000 / month

About the opportunity:

Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinize KYC documents received from customers using our validation tools and reputable sources to verify AML documentation.
  • Request necessary CDD/EDD documentation from customers to ensure completeness of the AML onboarding process in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on pending CDD/EDD requests, adhering to relevant SLAs and maintaining effective communication.
  • Provide management with information regarding AML/CDD issues as they arise.
  • Uphold highquality service levels for customers and other departments, addressing queries professionally and escalating when necessary.
  • Support the enhancement of the CDD function and maintain related procedures.
  • Manage specific projects that may arise from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in a business or financerelated discipline.
  • Possess two or more years of experience in AML and CDD/EDD reviews.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, contributing to the delivery of quality service within the function.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and writing skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Required proficiency in spoken and written English.
