JOB REQUIRMENENT
- One (1) years' experience in a clerical position
- Familiar with ERP system and stock balance.
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Customerservice oriented
- Fast typist with excellent multitasking abilities
a) Payment of the electricity and water bills
b) Purchase of machinery and equipment
c) Project-related payment claims for the Manager and HOP
- Ensure the project leader sends the stock update form and the products/goods request form before the deadline.
- Prepare monthly project reports and also correspondence for the department.
5. prepare scheduled maintenance reports (PPM) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis via CMMS System.
- Manage CMMS System issues including work instructions, customer complaints, and other CMMS System-related issues.
- Updating and Preparing CMMS reports.
- Perform any other duties as instructed by HOD and/or Senior Management as and when required.
