JOB REQUIRMENENT

  • One (1) years' experience in a clerical position
  • Familiar with ERP system and stock balance.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Customerservice oriented
  • Fast typist with excellent multitasking abilities
Create a purchase request (PR) in the ERP system such as -:
a) Payment of the electricity and water bills

b) Purchase of machinery and equipment

c) Project-related payment claims for the Manager and HOP

  • Ensure the project leader sends the stock update form and the products/goods request form before the deadline.
  • Prepare monthly project reports and also correspondence for the department.
4. updating department files in the Greentag Pro and ISO portals, and helping with department-related operations and conjunction with implementation of 5S,

5. prepare scheduled maintenance reports (PPM) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis via CMMS System.

  • Manage CMMS System issues including work instructions, customer complaints, and other CMMS System-related issues.
  • Updating and Preparing CMMS reports.
  • Perform any other duties as instructed by HOD and/or Senior Management as and when required.
