Position Title

  • Executive, Property and Project Management
  • MAB Kargo Sdn Bhd

Reports To:

  • Assistant Manager, Assistant Manager Property & MK Operations Resource Planning

Role Purpose:

  • Responsible for all property assets relating to MAB Kargo be it contractual, tenancy, management, maintenance or development issues Promote transformation and digitalization of processes which ensures efficiency, lean and costeffective operations.
  • To review and submit of proposals for the planning and projecting MAB Kargo space and premises

Key Accountability:

  • To assist in ensuring leased premises under MAB Kargo are provided with prompt and costeffective service in aspect of services and rental
  • To assist Assistant Manager, Assistant Manager Property & MK Operations Resource Planning in his / her responsible for all property assets relating to MAB Kargo be it contractual, management, maintenance or development issues.
  • To conduct and developing proposals for the development or project of new MAB Kargo premises in KUL and stations system wide.
  • To review and submit of proposals for the planning and projecting MAB Kargo space and premises

  • Assist in management and operations of Traffic Management System (TMS).
  • To coordinate the maintenance of records and registers of existing MAB Kargo premises and leases with third party tenants and to ensure all documentation are complete and deposited with Legal affairs department for safe keeping.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma or its equivalent in Architecture / Civil / Structure / Mechanical / Electrical / Interior Design; or
  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Malaysia Certificate of Education (MCE) or its equivalent in any of the above discipline.
  • Special / Professional Certificate : Property Management related
Years of Experience

  • Fresh Graduate for degree holder in property related.
  • Two (02) years working experience for Diploma or its equivalent and five (05) years working experience for SPM / MCE or its equivalent in technical related environment.
  • Must be IT literate and proficient in computer software applicate (autocad).
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and writing.
  • Able to translate office plan and working drawings.
  • Previous working experience on Property Department will be an added advantage.
  • Able to interact well with others and work in a team
