Corporate Communication Assistant

Job responsibilities:
- Assist to communicate with a variety of external and internal audiences including internal & external department.
- Assist to develop and execute the company's corporate communications strategies that will enhance company's corporate image.
- Assist on monitoring company's blog posts, articles, social media content, and press release align with brand guidelines.
- To ensure internal and external communications are consistent and compliant with current company guidelines.
- Assist in obtaining, analyzing and evaluating documentation, reports, data, and flowcharts.
- Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.
- Assist to conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions.
- Assist in respond to media inquiry and requests for interviews from press.
- Write and/or edit leadership communications, effectively capturing the voice and strategic priorities of the Director and the executive leadership team.
General requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 year(s) experience in related field.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or related field;
- Proven experience as similar role;
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods;
- Exceptional writing and editing skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills.
