Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Support the monthend and yearend closing processes by reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting in the preparation of reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information in the accounting system.
  • Assist in the analysis of financial data and preparation of financial reports, including variance analysis and trend analysis.
  • Help with the documentation and organization of financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Support the accounts payable function by reviewing and processing vendor invoices, verifying payment details, and maintaining vendor records.
  • Assist in the accounts receivable process by monitoring customer payments, reconciling customer accounts, and addressing payment discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, or any relevant fields.
