Hi everyone


This position required you to be responsible in providing customer service, managing inventory, handling orders, maintaining accurate records and assisting other tasks related to the pharmacy operations.


Job Scope:

  • Providing customer service in interacting with customers and clinic representatives.
  • Willing to learn and take initiative in acquiring new skills.
  • Carry out the tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure the inventory is accurately controlled, organized and accounted for.
  • Summarize on the clinic orders and invoice.
  • Verify on stock new arrival and ensure that it meet the invoice details.
  • Take orders from clinic and communicate with them for new orders.
  • Keep track of incoming and outgoing of stocks as well update on stock valuations.
  • Monitor on stock level and inform the manager on stock update.
  • Filing of invoice.
  • Arrange the delivery order of clinic.
  • Prepare PSO and invoice for clinic.
  • Update on the sales summary.
  • Additional task will be updated.

Criteria:

  • Must have at least
    Diploma in Pharmacy.
  • Willing to commute to Puncak Alam.
  • Able to work and communicate well with the supplier.
  • Immediate hiring.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
