Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.

  • To command the production schedule of share equipment resources.
  • Generate weekly production schedule and responsible for the creation of work orders.
  • Expedite to ensure on time delivery, liaise with various departments on the delivery status of goods so that all concerned party can take necessary action to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Liaising with site focus production manager and supervisors to priority the work order through the shared work station.
  • Long/Shortterm production capacity analysis with production team to drive the capacity resource planning
  • Coordinate daily production meeting with related function team to review production schedule, actual output VS plan, also review the issue occurred during work for short/longterm solution as well as risk assessment
  • Work with planning team or marketing for the customer order rescheduling to adapt the demands change.
  • Working with production team for product cycle time monitoring.
  • Maintain report for production planning activities and sequences
  • Investigate production problem, analysis root cause and provide solutions.
  • Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
  • Prepare and submit status and performance reports
  • To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Job Types:

Salary:
RM2, RM5,500.00 per month
