About this Role:


As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the technology landscape and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

You will collaborate closely with our development team to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient systems.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions, and make a significant impact on our technological infrastructure.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions for the project.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver highquality code within deadlines.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop monitoring systems for a reliable experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Atleast 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on fullstack development.
  • Proven leadership experience, including leading and mentoring a team of software engineers.
  • Expertise in at least one major programming language (e.g., Javascript, Python, Java, C#) and proficiency in frontend and backend technologies which may include but are not limited to React JS, Flutter, Node JS, Backend technologies
  • REST API, Graphql, JWT Auth, SQL and NoSQL DB, AWS, microservices based architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Test driven development, High level and low level design for scalable systems, Blockchains, smart contracts, NFTs, monitoring of system using elastic search and Prometheus.
  • Strong experience in microservices architecture based scalable systems.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in Blockchain and smart contracts is an added advantage.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
