Our business is expanding, and we are looking for an Account cum Admin Assistant to join our organization.As an Account cum Admin Assistant, you will be responsible to manage account system which include the documentation and general office administration.
What we need you to do?- Possess effective skills to source for price comparisons and negotiate for the best price with vendors
- Knowledge in SQL to generate invoice, DO and vendor's PO
- Tabulate commission claim for sales team in every sales quarter
- Daily monitor of client's outstanding payment, follow up with client on payout date and initiate necessary action after payment due date lapse
- Monthly update director on debtor aging
- Monitor client subscription renewal dates and liaise with sales team for renewals
- Monitor procurement process from placing order to arranging delivery of products (hardware & software)
- Liaise with Finance to arrange vendor's payment
- Liaise with solution delivery team with regards to hardware & software installation, onsite & remote services and professional services rendered to client
- At least a SPM in any field.
- No work experience required; we welcome fresh graduate to apply. Nevertheless, Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent will be preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to speak in English and MANDARIN. English and MANDARIN is required as you will need to liaise with our clients and suppliers.

- 13 months' salary offered (upon management discretion).

RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
