Responsibilities

  • To assist the executive on daytoday operation according to the guidelines.
  • Prepare shipping documents on a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor progress of shipments.
  • Assist in operational coordination with all relevant parties including suppliers, clearing & forwarding agents and shipping companies.
  • To ensure compliance with all Company's operating policies and standing instructions.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years for working experience in related field.
  • Fast learner, independent and selfmotivated.
  • Able to work and communicate efficiently with internal and external parties.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to be based in Ipoh, Perak.
