Responsibilities:

  • Set up, reconcile, and post outgoing payments via bank transfer, ewallet, etc.
  • Prepare financial supporting documents for the transactions
  • Reconcile and post accounts payable and accounts receivable entries into our accounting system (Netsuite)
  • Responsible for improving the workflow and automation process to ensure that routine tasks are being done effectively and constantly find ways to increase efficiency without compromising on quality
  • Assist with audits and any other adhoc tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply)
  • Must be detailoriented, highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin with good written and verbal communication skills to deal with Mandarinspeaking partners
  • Handson experience with accounting software packages such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle
  • Experience in Fintech or Ecommerce industry will be a plus
  • Can work with mínimal supervision in an entrepreneurial environment
