Human Resource Assistant

- Responsible for checking daily attendance, MC and leave for staff and worker.
- Assist in Processing Monthly payroll workers & Foreign workers.
- Maintaining Human Resource database and all employee records and files and ensures that system records are accurately recorded and crosschecked.
- Performs general office support functions and assists area personnel as necessary.
- Coordinates with related departments as required regarding HR matters.
- Answering telephone calls are courteously and professionally received or referred.
- Any other adhoc assignment as requested by Superior.
Job Requirement
- Possess at least Diploma / SPM / STPM or other equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
