Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, Information
  • Technology, Business IT, Programming, or other equivalent
  • Proficient written and verbal communication abilities with a strong grasp of the English language and Mongolian language including grammar, punctuation, and consistency
  • Minimum 12 years of related working experience
  • Fresh Degree with good exposure in ArcGIS software welcome to apply
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service including strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problemsolving skills
  • Aptitude to gain understanding of systems administration and troubleshooting of multiple operating systems
  • Ability to patiently communicate technical information clearly and concisely
  • Background working as Server Administrator, Network Administrator will be an advantage.
  • Background in software support or technical customer service with direct end user contact
  • Experience with IBM Cognos, MicroStrategy, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
