You play a supporting business partner role to assist in overall HR and office administrations functions.

Talent Acquisition

  • To oversee the recruitment process for office staff including but is not limited to advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, reference checks, preparation of offer letter and participating in the onboarding process.
  • To work closely with the departmental heads to understand the job responsibilities and requirements in developing an effective and comprehensive job posting, technical interview assessment and behavioral questions.
  • To build reputable and positive employer branding with engagement with industry professionals, colleges, universities, associations and social media portals including job portals and career fairs to attract talents.
  • To understand talent supply and demand dynamics in key markets, review hiring strategies and develop workable sourcing plans.
  • To maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations, and HQ's requirements related to hiring and recruiting.

Training & Development

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis and development plan for all level of employees.
  • To source for suitable training providers for respective training program.
  • To drive, carry out, maintain and improve training and development operations to enhance workforce effectiveness and prepare for future skills requirements.
  • To coordinate inhouse and external training programs.
  • To monitor and administer the budget and spending of HRDC fund.
  • To conduct follow up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.

Industrial Relation

  • To assist in the investigation, verification and analysis of any misconduct or grievances and complaints by the employees and carry out domestic inquiry as and when required.
  • To provide reports and prepare letters in relation to disciplinary issues.
  • To assist in developing employee engagement programs that will lead to more efficient and motivated workforce.

Others

  • To drive and organize company events / activities as part of the staff engagement initiative to foster a stimulating workplace that values the individual contribution.
  • To involve and assist in full internal and external audits cycle and cooperate with the auditors to ensure the audit objective to be achieved.
  • To carry out other duties and tasks as directed by the Management in line with competencies and activities associated with any of the above processes.

Job specifications

  • At least Diploma in HR/ Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience with relevant exposure.
  • Have a great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks under pressure.
  • An analytical mind and meticulous nature.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A good team player.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
