Negotiation and Conflict Management with existing clients of ROW market to streamline the business with set goals and long-term plans.

Out licensing and in-Licensing activities with established clients in different geographies of Eastern Europe. International regulatory audits were initiated from Europe, Ukraine & Malaysia.

Working on Joint ventures / Plant acquisitions from Europe region & Proposal of having a testing and releasing of the product from Europe to ROW markets.

New product development plans to R&D as per the global market dynamics.

Effectively managing daily business activities & improving overall business functions, Training Cross -functional teams, managing budgets, creating policies, communicating business goals and implementation of new market entry strategies for Emerging markets and regulated markets.

Initiation of EU Audits through EMA & PIC/S audit to streamline the key entry strategies for mid
- and long-term goals as per the dynamic changes in international regulatory entry guidelines. Distribution channel initiation in SRA & Emerging markets and increasing the regulatory portfolio for geographical expansion. Product portfolio management & Future product pipeline for Emerging markets in line with organization goal and market dynamics Startup operations and developed existing markets of South East Asia, South Asia and CIS through strategic alliance by appointing a good distribution channel network. To provide the strategic leadership to the business growth by initiating new markets for branded generics and generate ROI as per the company's objective and vision for the assigned territories. Initiate and implement key entry strategies in all aspects as per the country profile by adhering to all the regulatory and legal aspects in territory. Develop long-term strategies to gain the market share across the country. Lead the discussion with Indian Manufacturers on deal structuring, contract terms, business models, market access, market intelligence, financial terms, pricing, relationship management and new business generation to gain high ROI. Supporting business operations by evaluating market needs and gap analysis of product portfolio.
