Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handles sales orders and inquiries.
  • To assist in handling accounting data entry and daily operations of accounting functions.
  • Records and assigns outdoor service to a suitable agent.
  • Responsible for timely issuing of sales order, delivery order, invoice and credit note.
  • Provides administrative support to the team/director to ensure smooth operations eg: meetings, functions and events.
  • Checks stock level and stock location before issuing delivery order and invoice.
  • Provides daily sales order report to the bosses.
  • Keeps track and updates salesman regarding pending orders.
  • Responsible for warehouse tasks.
  • Assists in administrative duties.
  • To update and maintain fixed assets records.
  • Supports sales and marketing teams.
  • To assist in implementation of process, procedures and internal control measure to ensure proper internal control system.
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the superior as and when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 23 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
  • PC literate; Proficiency in Excel and ERP software (SAP is an advantage)
  • Good interpersonal skills, initiative, wellorganized, positive working attitude and a fast learner.
  • Must be able to multitask, work under fastpaced environment, and have a good discipline with professional and pleasant personality, interpersonal skills and communication.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM1, RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
