1. To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.

  • To ensure proper filing system and other administrative duties.
  • To liaise with Superior in on operational problem and inventory accuracy.
  • Data entry, monitoring and maintain data into system for the stock movement.
  • To check and receive incoming and outgoing goods for store.
  • Handling of Store/Warehouse activities, inventories and material handling.
  • Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
  • Assisting Superior with the preparation of billing reports.
  • Perform order entry and processing in WMS systems.
  • Prepare billing document in accordance to customers' requirements.
  • To liaise with Superior in resolving issues and project management.
  • To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention.
  • To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedures and customer requirements as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time.
  • Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
