Issuing and posting Production Orders into the SAP system.

  • Coordinating between the Operations Department and Production Department to ensure timely production of goods to meet the customer's requested delivery due date.
  • Planning, instructing, arranging logistics, and coordinating inventory transfers from warehouse to warehouse.
  • Maintaining stock codes and quantities in the ERP System, including adjustments (with prior approval).
  • Monthly submission of marine insurance for import and export shipments.
  • Scheduling the submission of CJ3 (Sales Tax) declarations to Kastam Malaysia.
  • Scheduling stock counts and other authorized transactions to update the SAP system's inventory quantity, ensuring it aligns with the physical stock quantity.
  • Coordinating and billing for services and spare parts supplied to customers with the Service Team's Technical Service Report.
  • Handling any other job scope that may arise and be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Competence in Internet and MS Office, such as MS Word and Excel, is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
  • A good command of English (spoken and written) is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Customer Service Officer, with experience in export shipping and logistics in the related field, is required.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a flexible approach are desirable.
  • Experience or knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or others will be advantageous.
  • Immediate availability is preferred for this role.
