**Job Responsibilities:
- *
  • Recording, tracking and monitoring movement of Fixed Assets
  • Arrange movement of Fixed Assets (furniture and electrical appliances)
  • Administration of Management Office (attending calls, courier services, general inquires and etc)
  • Prepare payment vouchers
  • Prepare Purchase Requisition for all purchase requests for HQ approval
  • Record and monitor staff attendance and leaves
  • Record and monitor condominium keys
  • Attend to tenants' matters, requests, complaints, inquiries
  • Collect payments from tenants such as rental and utility
  • Assist to arrange and distribute monthly/quarterly utilities billing to tenants
  • Assist to keep records of maintenance works (such as, replacement of airconds, piping, wardrobe, kitchen cabinet and etc.)
  • Any matters as instructed by HQ/Management
**Requirement:
- *
  • Minimum SPM level and above
  • Minimum Two years experience in similar field/ relevant working experience
  • Fast learner
  • Training will be provided
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Preferable Mandarin speaking
