Job Summary:
Act as primary point of contact for online Order of our valued customers for EKS.
Reply and engage with comments on social media.
-Check Return/Refund Created by Customer and Solve that Accurately.
- Serve potential buyers by answering questions and providing information.
- Contact potential buyers to make a sale.
- Record sales and update payments made by customers.
Operate a computer system to Update Stock at various Platforms like Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada for online sales.(Will provide training)
-Join Upcoming Campaigns for Grow Sales (Will provide training)
-Contact With Affiliate Creator's to Generate higher Sales.(Will provide training)
The Team member will update you of a product stock if going to be finish, and you have to check stock of products at computer if any product Stock are going to be finish and ask about the stock to the team members.
Ensure no queries and messages from customers are not answered within the SLA.
Identify non-routine customer enquiries and escalate as appropriate.
Assist with shop opening/closing procedures and till cover when required.
Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty.
Promoting and Updating Stock at our online portal and our products
- Requirements_:
1-2 years of working experience in the customer service
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Education & Experience :
SPM or Diploma
Disciplined and Courteous
Asset :
Customer service experience in online retail such as replying to Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada & WhatsApp and other social media platforms
Friendly and easy going personality
Skills and ability to understand and learn computer system
Required Skill(s): Fluency in social media outlets, Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp
