Responsibilities:

  • To assist with daily operation at Front Office.
  • To assist guests during arrival and departure.
  • To build guest loyalty and satisfaction, while maximising room revenue and occupancy.
  • To create unforgettable stay for our guests.
  • To handle guest's enquiry, feedback and reservation.
  • To sell tours pakcages.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years working experience in hospitality industry.
  • Posses tours knowledges is an added advantage.
  • Cheerful person.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in speaking English and Mandarin.
  • Working on shift and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays.


Administrative skills
  • Good at Microsoft Words & Excel.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:
