Responsibilities

  • To update and maintain employee records, attendance, leave
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
  • Assisting in recruitment activities
  • Well organize & manage confidential documents, records & maintain on organized filling for smooth data retrieving
  • Administer contracts for office cleaning, pest control, office maintenance
  • Assists with documentation preparation for Foreign Worker Management e.g Immigration documents & Internal signatures
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR Management or related field
  • At least 1 year related working experience in related field
  • Familiar with Malaysia Labour Laws and statutory requirements

High level of confidentiality and integrity:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good working attitude, discipline and willing to learn

Salary:
From RM2,000.00 per month
