  • Cost evaluation for Sub contractor or suppliers for procurement.
  • Prepares and analyses costing for tenders.
  • Provides advice on contractual claims.
  • Analyses outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
  • Evaluates completed work and arranging payments.
  • Undertakes Tender document quantity and other checks.
  • Collects information with site measurement.
  • Assists in establishing and monitoring of budget for project.
-Prepares Progressive Claim of the project -Prepares and arranges final claim of project -Prepares documents for variation orders evaluation and negotiation -Conducts compliances of the project in line with client and consultants' requirements -Negotiation in Purchasing material -Issues PO & DO and material checking upon delivery Job requirements: -Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent -5 years related working experiences -Familiar with contract and construction terminology -Able and good in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
