Admin & Account Assistant

Job description

  • Receive payments, record, and issue receipts to customers.
  • Managing enquiries, registrations, complaints and requests.
  • Maintain and update customers' records.
  • Assist in sending monthly payment reminders.
  • Maintain and update teachers' timetables.
  • Provide support to teachers whenever needed.
  • Responsible for the centre's opening and closing hours.
  • Ensure well maintenance of the centre's furniture, fixtures, and office equipment at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Principal.

Job Requirement

  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • A team player with good interpersonal, time management and communication skills.
  • A detailed oriented person with a good working attitude.
  • Willing to work in Sri Petaling.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PMSaturday: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Attendance bonus
