Responsibilities:

  • Executive all sales, marketing and promotional strategies in order that the sales target can be achieved.
  • Conceptualise, create and adapt intuitive, engaging, and brandconsistent visuals for use in digital experiences and traditional marketing campaigns including advertising.
  • Participate and collaborate in conceptual development and design ideation with agencies to define creative strategy.
  • Check and prepare where required all medias, advertisements, distribution leaflets and marketing tools prior to launching in order that the information enclosed is accurate.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, enewsletters in all language (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Plan, propose and implement Marketing plans in the areas of event, advertising and promotion.
  • Support endtoend digital branding for the website, social media platforms and the traditional print channels from requirements and design.
  • Conduct market survey of all competitors, compile and prepare market survey reports in order to assist in the design and pricing of the products are competitive and attractive to potential purchasers.
  • Perform customer survey and market research activities to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
  • Maximize marketing returns and make sure the marketing expenses are kept at less than the approved percentage of annual sales value achieved.
  • Implement the sales execution and its marketing strategies in a professional manner.
  • Perform adhoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields.
  • Prior experience in marketing activity is preferred. Exposure in printing and packaging industry is added advantage.
  • Experienced in graphic design is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Customer service and result oriented.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation skills and result oriented.
  • Possess outstanding technical skills and be capable of collaborating confidently with other agencies and team members and have a commitment to the organisation.
  • Possess design software skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design is added advantages.
  • Knowledge of art materials, fabrication techniques, printing process and press runs is added advantages.

Salary:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
