DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide diabetes counseling to diabetic patients (Inpatient, Outpatient and referrals).
  • Plan, organize, coordinate and manage health classes and activities inside and outside hospital premises e.g. World Diabetes Day.
  • Give health talks to create awareness on Diabetes Mellitus.
  • Follow up care of Diabetic patients.
  • Involve in Health Screening Services inside and outside hospital premises. Analyze health screening data and generate report where necessary.
  • Work together with relevant departments to produce preventive health education brochures, flyers, posters, banners and others for inhouse, corporate and public.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating Health Promotion, Lifestyle Intervention and Workplace Wellness activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFICATIONS

  • At Least Diploma in Nursing.

Post Basic in Diabetic related
:

  • Preferably 3 years working experience with Diabetes patients.
  • Able to commute to Kota Damansara.
  • Have valid APC and registered under LJM.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month

  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift
  • Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Post Basic (Diabetic Related) (preferred)
  • APC (preferred)
