Responsibilities:

  • Assist the veterinarians in daytoday tasks.
  • Comfort and restrain pets during examinations and care.
  • Clean, sterilize and maintain the kennels and catteries.
  • Cleaning, sterilizing and maintaining the hygiene of the practice in general.
  • Feeding and maintaining the general welfare of patients and boarders.
  • Assist the veterinarians during surgery, setting up the operating theater, cleaning and sterilizing surgical instruments and operating theater postsurgery.
  • Storing newly arrive supplies i.e. as pet food and drugs

Requirements
:
Must be able to work with/hold/hug dogs and cats.

Comfortable holding and restraining both dogs and cats

  • Must be a team player and have a pleasant personality.
  • Must be able to work on weekends.

From RM2,500.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
Customers are strictly required to make an appointment and wear face mask through out the visit. A maximum of 4 persons are allowed inside the clinic at any one time. Our clinic is sanitized regularly. Any walk-in customers must wait outside the clinic.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Application Question(s):

  • This position entails working on weekends. The working hours are Saturday
  • Thursdays 10am 6pm (off day are on Fridays). Can you work on weekends?

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

Experience:

Veterinary Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)
  • Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
