Supply Chain Admin Assistant

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Proceed purchases activities under service area of Supply Chain department.
  • Fully support administration and clerical task under Supply Chain as per supervised by senior executive
  • Request invoices from suppliers.
  • Reconcile supplier invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Reconcile SOA with suppliers.
  • Handle and compile reports as per following:
  • Aging report for each cycle of payment
  • Downpayment & SST
  • GRIR
  • Compile delegated task on invoices submission to finance.
  • Liase with Account Payable from finance team on supplier payment issue
  • Follow up and coordinate with project & technical or O&M team on:
  • Purchase Request that has not yet been issued in SAP but already receive supplier invoices.
  • Assist to senior executive to perform logistics and warehouse tasks.
  • Perform any adhoc task as requested by senior executive or manager.

Academic Qualification:

  • At least a Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

Experiences:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing and logistics planning.
  • Strong in planning and highly organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work well with others.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,700.00 per month
