Located in the serene community of Sg long and Puchong, we are currently seeking a caring and skilled Caregiver to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Position Overview:

As a Staff Caregiver in our nursing home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

You will provide professional caregiver care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to maintain the highest quality of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled caregiver care to residents as per their individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing to create and update care plans.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records for residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide emotional support.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are rigorously followed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in aged care or nursing home settings is advantageous.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patientcentered approach to care.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Willingness to work shifts as required.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,800.00 per month

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (preferred)
