Accounting Development Program (ADP)

Dell's unique three-year Accounting Development Program (ADP) is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career in Accounting and Finance. This program consists of three distinct one-year accounting rotational assignments, with a strong focus on helping participants acquire a CPA license or its international equivalent.

Join us as a part of the Financial Analysis team in Bayan Lepas, Penang, and unleash your full potential while making a significant social impact.

You will:

  • Responsible for all accounting and financial aspects of assigned accounts
  • Manage monthly accounting close, balance sheet reconciliations, and transaction processing in line with Corporate accounting policies
  • Conduct journal entries, financial statement analysis, and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with operational teams and financial departments to drive process enhancements and ad-hoc projects
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and work with business partners to ensure compliance and consistency across regions

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.4 or equivalent
  • Prior internship experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Engaged and well-rounded individual

Desirable Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or with up to 12 months of work experience
  • Passion for a career in accounting
