Assistant Manager, Credit Admin

- Key in all the sales information into IFCA system
- In charge of Memorandum of Transfer (MOT)
- To followup on all reminders and termination notice as per credit guidelin
- To update all the data into system and deliver accurate report on time
- In charge of KPKT sales report (7F) and JPPH report (Borang B)
- Attend to buyers' enquiries and deliver quality services to meet customer need
- In charge of other marketing activities such as road show and duty at sales gallery as and when needed
- Any other ad hoc task as assigned from time to time.
; Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in property development industry will be an added advantage
- Well verse in MS office Words, Excel. Knowledge in IFCA system will be an added advantage
- Good in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Multitasking is expected. Able to work as a team and also independently
