Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the director.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
  • Prepare itineraries and provide necessary information for business trips.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and site visits during travel.
  • Handle expense reports and reimbursements related to travel activities.
  • Perform a wide range of tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and managing time efficiently.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges with a proactive and solutionsoriented mindset.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • To liaise with banks for Directors' personal accounts and handle monthly payments as required.
  • Managing driver schedule and company/personal vehicle maintenance service.
  • To perform special arrangements and any adhoc task assigned by HOD.

Experience Required

  • At least 2 years in the administrative field.
  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in secretarial, administrative or business administrative or any other equivalent qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Malay in spoken and writing is required, other languages would be added advantages.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Be willing to travel both domestically and internationally as required for business purposes.
  • Able to discharge duties independently, multitasking and a team player who needs minimum supervision.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
