URGENT_

Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the director.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and other materials as required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
Prepare itineraries and provide necessary information for business trips.
Arrange meetings, appointments, and site visits during travel.
Handle expense reports and reimbursements related to travel activities.
Perform a wide range of tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and managing time efficiently.
Adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
To liaise with banks for Directors' personal accounts and handle monthly payments as required.
Managing driver schedule and company/personal vehicle maintenance service.
To perform special arrangements and any ad-hoc task assigned by HOD.

Experience Required
At least 2 years in the administrative field; Below 35 years old; Open gender
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in secretarial, administrative or business administrative or any other equivalent qualification
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Malay in spoken and writing is required, other languages would be added advantages.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Be willing to travel both domestically and internationally as required for business purposes.
Able to discharge duties independently, multitasking and a team player who needs minimum supervision.
Location - Batu Pahat, Johor

Work arrangements
8am-530pm, Monday - Friday

RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
