Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube etc, to effectively communicate key messages and engage the audience.
  • Responsible for social listening, social following growth and social engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and designer team to brainstorm and generate content ideas that align with brand goals and target audience interests.
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule and maintain brand presence.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize content strategy and performance.
  • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic across all social media platforms to reinforce brand identity and increase recognition.
  • Monitor social media analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, interpret and use data to inform content strategy and decisionmaking.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Video Editor, Presenter or similar role.
  • Portfolio showcasing examples of social media content creation, trend awareness, community engagement, and analytics/reporting.
  • Excellent written communication and creative storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later or similar.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies to achieve goals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
