**Responsibility**

**Job Summary**

We are on the lookout for a witty and creative individual as Social Media Specialist. He or she will be responsible creating and managing social media content and engaging with social media users. He or she will be supporting Manager with execution of social media strategies in achieving the business objective.

**About the Role**
- **Content Creation**: develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- **Social Media Management**: Maintain and manage social media accounts, posting content regularly, and responding to comments and messages.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with the audience, respond to inquiries, comments, and mentions promptly, and foster a positive online community.
- **Social Media Advertising**: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- **Social Media Trends**: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement new strategies and techniques.
- **Brand Voice and Consistency**: Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- **Social Media Calendar**: Develop and maintain a content calendar to schedule and organize social media posts effectively.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations or related field from a recognized University with minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Excellent copywritting and communication skills to interact with the online community effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and **Mandarin**.
- Social digital media savvy. Aware of the latest social media, marketing, branding trend and have good knowledge and proficiency on various social media / multimedia platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, LinkedIn and etc.
- Possess strong creative skills to develop engaging and shareable content.
- Ability to interpret social media metrics and use data-driven insights to improve performance and able adapt to changes in social media algorithms and trends.
- Willing to work at Kepong area.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
