Purpose of the Position -
- As OSS Specialist you will provide Desk Side Support to IT users, for all IT matters requiring physical intervention.
- You will be responsible for supporting incident resolution by engaging with other support teams/groups within IT.
- You will also act as a representative of IT organization and face to the customer on behalf of other IT functions.
Requirements:
- Have completed a formal qualification or completed an apprenticeship in the field of information technology;
- Have three (3) years of professional experience in IT (onsite) support. Beneficial if in possession of a valid ITIL certification.
- Fluent in local and English language. Bring an outstanding customer service orientation;
- Bring proven interpersonal and communication skills. Have the ability to set priorities and to keep the overview.
- Have a proactive and solutionoriented mindset. Have the ability to work independently and selfdriven; and possess customer service skills and deep technical knowledge.

Experience

Pay:
RM12, RM15,000.00 per month
