Basic data cleaning / filtering through trash

  • Drive around to find warehouses / shops for rent; KPI will be based of pictures + contact number
  • Visit proposed sites to do site visit (fill in a predetermined evaluation form)
  • Websourcing scroll through property websites (e.g. iproperty) to find relevant properties
  • Basic calling / texting agents to get basic info about properties and schedule visit

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • At least diploma or 1 year working experience

  • Friday (9.30am6.30pm)

Contract length: 3 months

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
